Full refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has occurred.

There are two available car parks on site; one next to the Centre and another at the adjacent St Laurence’s school.

In general, we only sell programmes for our classical concerts. We do not generally sell programmes for any of our other concerts/events.

When booking online, you will receive an email confirming your transaction and second email containing a pdf attachment with your tickets.

If you haven’t received your E-Tickets please check your Spam/Junk folders.

For users of Gmail, please check your Promotions, Updates, and Social folders.

If using Hotmail, please check your Focused and Other inboxes.

You can also search for the email containing your E-tickets, by searching across all your email folders for an email received from info@boxoffice.wiltshiremusic.org.uk

It’s a good idea to save to above address to your trusted contacts to avoid problems on future bookings.

It’s also best to download and save e tickets to your device so that you can find them more easily on the event night.
