Singers aged 12+, of all voice types and abilities. You do not have to audition but we recommend joining this project if you have experience singing with a choir and reading music

We are so lucky to welcome back the amazing Tenebrae Consort for our next WMC Chorus project!
Described as “phenomenal” (The Times) and “devastatingly beautiful” (Gramophone Magazine), award-winning choir Tenebrae is one of the world’s leading vocal ensembles, renowned for its passion and precision. On Friday 14 March, we invite you to join WMC Chorus to sing with Tenebrae Consort as part of their incredible performance at WMC. Three rehearsals with much-loved vocal leader Mike Daniels plus a workshop with a member of the Tenebrae Consort will prepare you for an amazing experience – maybe our best project yet!

Project FAQs
WMC Chorus is open to singers of all abilities from age 12 upwards. You do not have to audition but we recommend joining this project if you have experience singing with a choir and reading music.
Rehearsals:
- Thursday 27 February, 7.45 – 9.30pm
- Thursday 6 March, 7.45 – 9.30pm
- Sunday 9 March, 11.30am – 1pm (workshop with Tenebrae singer)
- Thursday 13 March, 7.45 – 9.30pm
Performance:
- Friday 14 March
Rehearsal tbc, concert at 7.30pm
Adults: £75 / U18s: £37.50
Your ticket includes all rehearsals, the Tenebrae workshop, and a seat in the auditorium to watch the rest of the concert.
