Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is one of the best-loved pieces of classical music, capturing the Italian countryside through the changing seasons. In this special anniversary performance, the Bristol Ensemble will guide you through Vivaldi’s iconic work, with witty and insightful introductions, revealing the hidden stories behind his groundbreaking music.
The natural world is also beautifully depicted by the works of Ludovico Einaudi. Astor Piazzolla’s pulsating tango Summer concludes an entertaining and uplifting programme of music.
